How do I register a new account?

The process of registration depends on whether you are the owner of the driving school or you work in one. The difference is that owners can register independently but employees need to be invited. Please go to the Registration page of iInstructor tutorial to learn more.

How many team members or students can I register in my company?

There is no limitation in the application regarding the number of team members, students, appointments, courses, etc.

Do I have to pay for different platforms?

The IOS and Android versions of the application are free to use. What you pay for is the Web version of iInstructor and if you have an active account for the Web application, you will be able to access your information on your IOS and Android tablets for free.

How secure are my subscription payments?

We are happy to inform you that regardless of your country of residence and online payment method, all your payments are handled by Datatrans Ltd as one of the most advanced and secure online payment solution providers operating in Switzerland.

Can I export my financial data?

You can produce many different business related reports, including detailed financial reports for your company. Please go to the Reports page of iInstructor tutorial to learn more.

Can I register my expenses?

Not only can you as the owner of the company register expenses, but you can also allow your employees to do so. You also have the option to approve or reject expenses registered by employees. Please go to the Expenses page of iInstructor tutorial to learn more.

Can I manage user permissions and functions?

You have the option to define different positions with different permissions for your employees. The idea is to enable the driving school owner to decide which team member can view and edit which information and who can execute which action in the company. We also provide you with two default positions, instructor and manager.

Can I close my account?

You can close your company account but it will terminate your contract with Intelact Solutions GmbH. It means that none of the company team members will be able to log in to their accounts and you will lose access to your data. Please go to the Company page of iInstructor tutorial to learn more.
